Refund policy

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). When you place an order through our shop we take every measure to make sure the products arrive to you safely and securely. Should you, by any chance, receive a damaged shipment or if your package has been lost or stolen,  please email us directly and include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage—we’ll get you taken care of right away!

In the event your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or simply being  undeliverable, we will cancel the order and refund the amount of your purchase, minus the shipping charge.
